Mangieri Companies, Inc. has developed a relationship with Dunlap School District #323 that has led to us becoming their preferred builder.  Mangieri Companies’ first project for Dunlap School District was Dunlap Middle School in 1999 which led the way for Dunlap selecting us to build Ridgeview Elementary School in 2001, an addition onto the high school in 2004, and building a new middle school in 2006. 

Mangieri Companies, Inc. has assisted G&D Integrated with seven capital improvement projects.  In 2000 we stared with a 187,000 square foot cross dock and foreign trade zone facility at the Greater Peoria Regional Airport and completed the project in eight months, coming in $600,000 under budget.  We built a 90,000 square foot distribution center in Morton, IL, a 94,000 square foot North American Track Assembly Plant (NATA), remodel of their transportation offices, a new 6,000 square foot transportation depot facility in Channahon, IL, a 100,000 square foot manufacturing addition to G&D Integrated’s Decatur, IL facility, and currently we are completing the Firefly Energy Phase 1 project in Peoria, IL.

Buffalo Wild Wings

Mangieri Companies, Inc. has built six Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and has leased two of the facilities back to the client.  These are roughly 5,800 to 6,200 square feet each and are located in Peoria, East Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, Savoy, and currently under construction in Quincy, IL.  Each restaurant has been built inside of four months and have all been built within budget.

When Jerry Weaver is in need of construction expertise on any project he embarks on, his first call is always to Mangieri Companies.  We have assisted him with the construction of WeaverRidge Clubhouse, managed the community infrastructure, (both Phase I & II) managed the bridge and cart path construction, and various small projects over the past eight years. 

Fresenius Medical Group—NA

Mangieri Companies, Inc. has built five dialysis clinics for Fresenius Medical Group—NA over the past eight years.  These facilities range from 3,500 square feet to 16,000 square feet and are located in downtown Peoria, North Peoria, East Peoria, Pontiac, and Kewanee, IL.  Of the three properties Mangieri Companies owns, Fresenius has stated that the quality of these buildings is second to no other building that they have leased within their regional system.

Burklund Distributors

John Burklund knows he can trust Mangieri Companies to not only manage his project needs in a timely fashion, but also knows the quality and budget will meet or exceed his expectations.  This can be recognized by the 10,000 square foot freezer/cooler addition to their corporate location in East Peoria and the 15,000 square foot addition and remodel to their Fairview Heights, IL facility.
