Completed a 62,000 SF K-5 Elementary School for the Dunlap School District.  This facility includes a gymnasium, cafeteria/commons, library, computer lab, K-5 class wings, and administrative services.  Mangieri Companies served as an “agent” construction manager and have been involved with the project from the pre-referendum phase.  The project duration was 13-months from start to finish.

Completed 86,000 square feet of new construction, with 14 acres of new campus including the ring road to the high school, new tennis courts and athletic fields.  The Middle School was constructed of CMU interior walls and CMU with brick veneer exterior walls, two new gyms with commons, cafeteria, library, science, math and computer labs.  This was a 15-month project.
