Construction of a new 75,666 square foot manufacturing facility for Winpak Heat Seal.  This project consists of conventional steel frame with bar joists and metal decking, exterior pre-cast panel walls, exterior masonry walls, aluminum windows and entrances, membrane roofing system, and areas of hollow core decking.  The interior is comprised of about 18,000 s.f. of office space, 18,000 s.f. warehouse area, 15,500 press room, 17,000 s.f. die cut room, as well as various other smaller rooms located around the manufacturing and warehouse areas.  During the completion of the project, we assisted the owner with coordinating the installation of their equipment.

Renal Care Facility—Kewanee, IL

New construction of a 4,200 square foot, 10 station kidney dialysis center.  This is a free standing, wood framed, brick veneer building with EIFS exterior facade.

Beck Oil Company—Kewanee, IL

New 4,050 SF convenience store with twelve new fuel islands replacing an existing 2,400 SF convenience store with eight fuel islands at the corner of Tenney and McClure in Kewanee, Illinois, for Beck Oil Co. of Princeton, Illinois.  Work included site improvements on a .72 acre expanded site, constructing a new store while maintaining existing store operations, building fit-out, finishes, and furnishings, demolition of old store, site remediation, new fuel islands expansion and replacement of existing fuel islands, and new canopy replacing old canopy

Firefly Energy—Peoria, IL

Phase I consisted of remodeling a 41,842 SF office/warehouse facility on a 9.9 acre site for a new start-up battery company at 6533 N. Galena Rd, Peoria, Illinois.  Work included updating and new finishes to the 5,771 SF office area and new construction of production, assembling, testing, and support areas in the 36,071 SF warehouse area.  Office renovations included upgrading to existing HVAC systems, new ceiling tile, re-lamping of lighting fixtures and other electrical upgrades, some wall reconfigurations, painting and finishes, and new floor finishes.  Warehouse work included new lighting in critical areas and re-lamping is other areas, new HVAC and make-up air units and ductwork for critical areas, upgrades to some existing HVAC units and ductwork for other areas, new process piping, new dust collector systems, epoxy coated floors in critical areas and floor sealers in other areas.  A new telecommunications system, new security system, and upgrades to the fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems were included throughout the facility.  Two loading docks with five dock levelers and two stationary docks were restored and upgraded.

Transco Products, Inc.—Streator, IL

This project consists of a new 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility and 6,000 square foot office space for Transco Products, Inc. which manufactures equipment and insulation for nuclear reactors.  This projects consists of demolition to a portion of the existing building and the addition of a NUCOR pre-engineered metal building and a wood framed single story office structure while maintaining plant operations.

Heartland Clinic—Peoria, IL

Remodel of 5,380 square foot former CVS pharmacy into a community health clinic specializing in care for anyone, regardless of ability to pay.  This was the second project that Mangieri Companies has performed for Heartland Community Health Clinic.  This project included adding patient rooms, new flooring, all new millwork, a nurse’s station, offices for support staff, and waiting areas.

 

Robert Morris College Art Lab Remodel—Peoria, IL

Remodel of space for a new art lab and upgrades to the computer MAC lab for the Peoria Campus located in the One Technology Building.  This project included demolition, new partition walls, new lighting and flooring, reconfiguring of the existing mechanical and electrical, new ceilings, spray and work tables, a new storefront entrance.  This project was completed in six weeks.

Buffalo Wild Wings—Quincy, IL

New freestanding 6,000 square foot Buffalo Wild Wings Bar and Grill.  This will be the sixth Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant that Mangieri Companies has built.
