Mangieri Companies, Inc. is an “Agent Construction Management Service Provider”.  Pete Mangieri, the founder of the company started his business in May of 1999.  Since that time Mangieri Companies, Inc. has secured over $120 million of construction management service work.  Mr. Mangieri is noted for bringing the construction management process and philosophy to central Illinois.  In April of 1995 as a consultant, he accepted a position with a local developer to develop a construction management firm.  From his consulting role, in four years time, the business unit grew to seventeen (17) local employees and six (6) employees in a branch office in St. Louis.  Mr. Mangieri resigned from the firm in order to venture on his own.  Currently Mangieri Companies employs a combination of (14) full-time managers, site superintendents and support staff.

 

·        Personal

Mangieri Companies, Inc. has surrounded itself with a professional staff committed to customer service and quality. Pete Mangieri is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Construction Management in 1982.  He has earned the prestigious National Construction Management Certification.  He worked four years in the southeastern and western part of the country managing the construction of hospitals in St. Simons Island, Georgia, Abilene and San Antonio, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada.  He spent eight (8) years with Pepper Construction Company one of the Chicago areas premier general contractors where he served as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.  Pete has personally been responsible for more than 500 million dollars of construction activity throughout his career.  Pete grew up in Abingdon, Illinois, is married and has four children.

Committing the company resources to managing existing projects on time within budget and with a superior level of quality and flexibility is paramount to securing the trust and confidence of our existing and future clients.  In other words if we can’t do it right the first time we have no business being in business.
