Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2003 Completed two new Renal Care facilities for Midwest Kidney Centers. The first is a 3,355 SF free standing facility located in Pontiac, Illinois and the second is an 8,564 SF free standing facility located in North Peoria. We served as the “agent” CM for both projects.

Willow Lake Professional Building—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Chris Tyra Completed 2003 This building is a 10,500 square foot wood-framed, brick veneered professional building. It was not only built by Mangieri Companies but is also owned and held in a private LLC. It is fully leased and is occupied by OSF Healthcare, Dr. Donlan—Children’s Dentistry, Chicago Title, and Dr, John Dale—Endodontist.

Buffalo Wild Wings—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Chris Tyra Completed 2003 6,200 s.f. freestanding steel frame with masonry and EIFS exterior. Restaurant included tenant finishes, restaurant equipment coordination and other related work. Construction took only 120 days from start to finish. This restaurant is the first free standing facility at the Shoppes at Grande Prairie.

Heartland Krasse Clinic—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2003 This was a bid project that was half the price of a competing contractor. Upon completion there was a 10% savings returned to the client from our original estimate. The project itself was a conversion of an existing clinic where additional exam rooms were configured along with a pharmacy, general offices and registration area. This work was completed while the facility was in operation. What made this project unique was that it was for a non-profit group and all of the contractors were willing to proceed on a time and material basis, which proved to be beneficial to the client. |

Project Manager—Chris Tyra Completed 2003 2,200 SF Endondontics office in the WillowLake Ct. Professional Building. This project was completed in 90-days from the start date and is another quality fit-out project Mangieri Companies has had the privilege of completing. |

Chicago Title Fit-out—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Chris Tyra Completed 2003 New 1,900 SF fit-out in the Willowlake Professional Building. Of all the possible locations to choose from the Willowlake Professional Building along with the customer care and attention to detail is what brought Chicago Title to Mangieri Companies. |

Mac’s Circle K Convenience Store—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2004 This is a convenience store, self serve gas station located at the corner of War Memorial Drive and Glen Avenue in Peoria. In spite of inclimate weather the project was able to open February 14, 2005. Work includes new store, new pumps, new canopy, site improvements, plus finishes and furnishing |

Advanced Auto—Kankakee, IL |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2004 This project had an 11-week schedule despite a 2-month delay in obtaining a state highway permit to tie in the storm drainage system. The facility is a 7,056 SF free standing masonry and steel structure with complete site improvements and interior finishes and fixturing. This project finished and opened in September of 2004. |

Dr. Laurie Donlan Fit-out—Peoria, IL |
|
Project Manager—Chuck O’Brien Completed 2004 Mangieri Companies teamed with Dr. Donlan to fit-out the most interesting and progressive childrens dentist office in the area. The space is 2,760 SF and has a finch aviary, play stations for kids, a constellation of stars in the ceiling of the theatre room, a pinball machine, in addition to all the operatory chairs, x-ray consultation, etc. This is truly one of our most treasured projects. |

Orthodontics, Ltd.—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2005 This is a two level 15,000 SF orthodontics practice with a lower level dentist practice for a local dentist. The project was a work in progress. Mangieri Companies has managed to save the Orthodontics, Ltd. Group over $600,000 from the contractor originally selected. This project was completed in March of 2005. |

RLI 1200 Bird Addition—Peoria, IL |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2005 5,000 s.f. addition to an existing design and build facility. This building is a pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof and raised floor. There are site improvements including new fire line, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and parking lot expansion. There are two storm shelters built within the pre-engineered building envelope and also serve as conference rooms. This project was finished in June 2005. |

Project Manager—Pete Mangieri Completed 2002 This is the third project we have done with Midwest Kidney Centers since we have been in business. This is a 32-station dialysis clinic, the largest of the managing group’s clinics. The project is 10,000 square feet with a drop off canopy, full brick veneer wood frame, with multi-zoned heating and air conditioning. |
