Buffalo Wild Wings—Bloomington, IL

This facility is the second of four Buffalo Wild Wings franchise restaurants Mangieri Companies, Inc. is building.  This is a 6,100 s.f. free standing restaurant  on a 1.6 acre site with steel frame, masonry exterior, and EPDM roof system.  The coolers and freezers were all built at the exterior of the facility and screened with a concrete masonry unit and brick screen wall. This project included the building envelope, site improvements, interior finishes, restaurant equipment coordination, and other related work. This project started September 2004 and was completed January 2005.  It is also worth noting that Mangieri Companies as a construction manager is completing these facilities roughly four to eight weeks sooner than any other contractor approved to build these franchises across the country.

Alwan & Sons Meats—Peoria Heights, IL

This is a 9,500 square foot retail meat and grocery store.  It is an award winning design/build project with a 5 month schedule.  The project included acquiring neighboring properties and keeping existing business open while constructing the new facility.  The new store consists of loading docks, meat processing area, coolers, freezers, retail store and offices. 

Basta Mangiare Restaurant—Peoria Heights, IL

5,300 square foot building retro-fit of a former Ben Franklin store converted into one of Peoria Heights’ finest dining establishments.  This project was not only built by Mangieri Companies but is also held in a private LLC.  The roof structure was completely rebuilt.  The kitchen floor area was torn out and replaced.  The interior finishes were designed to match the era of which the original building was built. 

Peoria Charter Coach—Urbana, IL

OSF Practice Managers Fitout—Peoria, IL

Mangieri Companies performed a 3,200 square foot fitout for OSF Practice Managers in the Willowlake Professional Building.  This fitout includes offices, a conference room, break area, main lobby, and kitchen.  This project was completed in roughly 75 days. 

 

Buffalo Wild Wings—East Peoria, IL

Fitout in a new strip shopping center.  This 5,600 square foot restaurant included carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting and staining, casework and millwork, MEP, patio ornamental gates and fencing, and the hookup of owner furnished equipment.

Meineke/Prospect Crossing—Peoria, IL

New 4,700 square foot automotive facility equipped with car lifts, office, and storage.  This is a free standing masonry and steel structure.  Construction included the demolition of the existing Meineke Car Care Center.  Prospect Crossing is a new 11,713 square foot retail center with seven spaces.  This is a free standing masonry structure with EIFS exterior façade.

Panera Bread Fitout—East Peoria, IL

Fitout in a Camp Street Crossing shopping center.  Included metal stud framing, coolers, casework, FRP, installation of kitchen equipment and other owner furnished equipment, MEP, and furniture.

G&D Transportation—Decatur, IL

Parking lot and storage expansion to the west of the existing facility and 110,200 square foot building expansion for industrial assembly and associated parking and storage.  The new building was steel framed with pre-cast concrete panels, metal decking, and a built up roof.  The new facility includes a 3,000 square foot office area. A feasibility study was done for a container storage facility on a 14 acre site that is still pending.

Sharon Health Care (Woods Facility) - Peoria, IL

Restoration of 42,600 square foot facility including cafeteria, offices, and resident rooms after storm damage and a roof collapse in the cafeteria area.  Work included demolition, storm cleanup, renovation, and code upgrades to bring the facility in compliance with current building codes and life safety codes/requirements.

Komatsu Cafeteria Addition—Peoria, IL

New 10,080 square foot free standing wood framed, brick veneered with EIFS office building with a cafeteria, kitchen, and three conference rooms.  This job was completed in two phases as a convenience to the owner.
