History

Mangieri Companies, Inc. is an “Agent Construction Management Service Provider”.  Pete Mangieri, the founder of the company started his business in May of 1999.  Since that time Mangieri Companies, Inc. has secured over $120 million of construction management service work.  Mr. Mangieri is noted for bringing the construction management process and philosophy to central Illinois.  In April of 1995 as a consultant, he accepted a position with a local developer to develop a construction management firm.  From his consulting role, in four years time, the business unit grew to seventeen (17) local employees and six (6) employees in a branch office in St. Louis.  Mr. Mangieri resigned from the firm in order to venture on his own.  Currently Mangieri Companies employs a combination of eleven (11) full-time managers, site superintendents and support staff.
