Mangieri Companies recently had its Hickory Grove Elementary School project featured in, Chicago based magazine, Construction Today. This article includes an interview with, Senior Project Manager, Chris Tyra in which he discusses the flexibility of using a Construction Manager and how breaking a project up in phases helps in meeting a deadline that cannot be compromised.  He discusses these challenges as well as how K-12 projects are a niche Mangieri Companies has excelled in over the past 13 years of their operations.  Of the 18 K-12 projects Mangieri Companies has completed over the years they have two more education project under construction and have successfully returned over $3,700,000 to the Districts they have been so privileged to serve.
